        Hook Installation

        Run make deploy-ci to install WORKSPACE-CI. It builds the candidate in ~/.workspace/tmp/CI, installs it, publishes it at projects/CI, installs from the final path, verifies the deployment, and seals projects/CI with chattr +i.

        Run make install-hooks from the checkout whose hooks are being installed.
